About Rebecca Stocker (licensee)
I have 20 years experience working full time in the Conveyancing industry. I started as a Conveyancing Secretary in 1999 and in 2002 I was accepted by Macquarie University to study Conveyancing Law and Practice. In 2005 I graduated from Conveyancing Law and Practice and have been managing my own matters and have been Licensed under the Conveyancers Licensing Act ever since. During my career I have worked in law offices and I have also managed a well known Conveyancing practice in the Lower Hunter Valley, prior to opening on my own in 2012. I am a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC), a Certified Practicing Conveyancer (CPC) anda PEXA Certified Member. I am constantly updating my knowledge in a number of complicated areas of property law and I am very proud to have been at the forefront of the revolutionary change towards electronic settlements on PEXA. Being Certified as both a Practicing Conveyancer and PEXA member means that I can offer a higher level of expertise and service to my clients.
I have extensive experience in all aspects of Conveyancing ranging from the simple family transfer, the sale or purchase of a standard residential home or vacant land, to strata title units, farming properties or the more complex old system title.
I pride myself in giving friendly, reliable, professional, thorough, and up to date Conveyancing service and will do my very best to ensure that your transaction is as worry free as possible. I am not happy unless you are. My goal is to help you understand the process with as little or as much information as you wish to process, and always in plain English.
I always work to the highest of standards. Please refer to the testimonials page for authentic comments from my past clients.
