I started my conveyancing career as a Conveyancing Secretary in 1999 and it didn’t take me long to realise my passion for Conveyancing. I decided I wanted to take the next step and become a Licensed Conveyancer, so I studied Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University and graduated in 2005. During my career I have worked as a Conveyancer in a number of Law and Conveyancing Firms, prior to opening Stocker Conveyancing in 2012. I am a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC), a CERTIFIED Practicing Conveyancer (CPC) and a CERTIFIED PEXA Member and offer the highest level of expertise and service to my clients. I am constantly updating my knowledge in a number of complicated areas of property law and I am very proud to have been at the forefront of the revolutionary change towards electronic settlements on PEXA.
I have extensive experience in all aspects of Conveyancing ranging from the simple family transfer, the sale or purchase of a standard residential home or vacant land, to strata title units, farming properties or the more complex old system title.
I pride myself in giving friendly, reliable, professional, thorough, and up to date Conveyancing Advice and will do my very best to ensure that your transaction is seemless. Trust me when I say that I am not happy unless you are.
I know life is busy and accordingly I tailor each matter to suit my client’s own specific needs. I offer updates by phone, email and/or text message. If you can’t make it to the office for appointments, you can take full advantage of my mobile service, or if it is more convenient, all work can be done via e-mail and/or telephone, either during or after business hours.
I always work to the highest of standards. Please refer to the testimonials page for authentic comments from my past clients or check out my facebook page.
